For almost 20 years, Matt worked in senior leadership positions across the EREA network before working as Head of Campus at Hemmant Flexible Learning Centre, then as the Principal of Marlene Moore Flexible Schools Network. Matt has a huge passion for advocacy and inclusion, having co- launched Edmund Rice Advocacy for Change, a network that engages students to campaign for a more peaceful and just world. Matt’s doctoral thesis focussed on inclusivity in Catholic education, offering new understandings of authentic educational inclusion in 21st century Australia.
